What counts as one video?
One credit covers one finished ViTL Express video up to 90 seconds, created from the material and direction you provide. It includes editing, captions, basic graphics, music, export, and one review round.
What can I send you?
A script, rough recording, Zoom clip, webinar segment, podcast clip, phone video, notes, or a clear content idea. The better the source material, the stronger the finished video.
Do you provide compliance or legal approval?
No. ViTL Express handles video production. If your firm requires legal, brand, or compliance review before publishing, that review remains your responsibility.
How does the 90-day rollover work?
Each unused credit remains available for 90 days from its issue date. Monthly plans issue new credits each month.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe sends your receipt and redirects you to the ViTL intake portal. Submit your assets, script, brand guidance, and production notes there to start your video.
Can I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel future renewals. Cancellation does not retroactively refund payments already made, and any available credits remain subject to their original 90-day expiration.
